I always thought I had a fairly solid grasp on health and nutrition despite my 'at times' choices :) —then I hit my mid-50s. Years of stress, creeping unhealthy habits, and menopause took a toll, leading to multiple health issues.

 

That wake-up call forced me to reevaluate everything.

As I searched for solutions, I was shocked by the lack of accessible support for women facing similar challenges. This inspired me to create Pure Health Hub—a space for women to find real, evidence based education and natural health and medical resources to navigate their health with confidence.

With my background in tourism, I saw an opportunity to go beyond traditional wellness retreats. Our programs are designed not just for relaxation but for real transformation.

Each retreat integrates expert-led education, hands-on experiences, and practical tools to take home—so the benefits don’t end when you leave.

Our retreats will specifically address two or more of these pillars but every retreat will integrate all in some organic way.
