  • 1. What happens if a host or facilitator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances?
    We strive to ensure every retreat meets the highest standards of quality and expertise. In the rare instance that a host or facilitator cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange for a replacement with similar skills and qualifications, if available. This ensures that your experience remains as enriching and transformative as planned. Please note that cancellations for this reason do not permit a refund unless we are unable to secure a suitable replacement. In such cases, a full refund or credit for a future retreat will be provided.
  • 2. Can I cancel my booking if the facilitator is replaced?
    As outlined in our policy, facilitator replacements due to unforeseen circumstances are a necessary part of maintaining retreat continuity. Therefore, cancellations due to facilitator changes are subject to the standard cancellation policy, including applicable penalties.
  • 3. What does the retreat fee include?
    Your retreat fee typically includes: Accommodation – single or twin share as chosen by you Meals (as specified in the retreat details) Daily wellness activities (yoga, meditation, fitness, etc.) Scheduled workshops and group sessions Access to retreat facilities Additional inclusions may vary by retreat. Please refer to the specific retreat description for details.
  • 4. What is not included in the retreat fee?
    Retreat fees generally exclude: Airfare and other transportation to/from the retreat location Travel insurance Personal expenses (laundry, souvenirs, etc.) Additional treatments or private consultations outside the retreat itinerary
  • 5. Do I need to purchase travel insurance?
    Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should cover trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
  • 6. Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
    Absolutely. Please inform us of your dietary requirements at the time of booking or no later than two weeks before the retreat start date. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • 7. Are retreats suitable for beginners?
    Yes, our retreats are designed to cater to all levels of experience. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our hosts and facilitators tailor sessions to suit all participants.
  • 8. What is your cancellation policy?
    More than 60 days before the retreat: Full refund minus a processing fee (if applicable). 30–59 days before the retreat: 50% refund or credit towards a future retreat. Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund applies. Hence our strong recommendation to take out travel insurance at the time of booking. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions for your retreat.
  • 9. What should I bring to the retreat?
    A detailed packing list will be provided closer to the retreat date, but it typically includes: Comfortable clothing for activities like yoga and meditation Swimwear (if applicable) Sunscreen and insect repellent Personal toiletries Any required medications A reusable water bottle
  • 10. What is the group size for each retreat?
    Group sizes vary but are generally limited to 10–15 participants. This ensures a personalised and intimate experience.
  • 11. Can I attend solo?
    Absolutely! Many of our participants come alone and find the retreat a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded individuals.
  • 12. Are children allowed?
    Unless specified as a family retreat, our programs are designed for adults aged 18 and over. Please check the retreat details for specific age requirements.
  • 13. What happens in the event of bad weather or other emergencies?
    In the case of weather disruptions or emergencies, we will communicate alternative arrangements promptly. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
  • 14. Can I extend my stay?
    Extensions are possible, subject to availability. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to extend your stay.
