We strive to ensure every retreat meets the highest standards of quality and expertise. In the rare instance that a host or facilitator cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange for a replacement with similar skills and qualifications, if available. This ensures that your experience remains as enriching and transformative as planned. Please note that cancellations for this reason do not permit a refund unless we are unable to secure a suitable replacement. In such cases, a full refund or credit for a future retreat will be provided.
Your retreat fee typically includes:
Accommodation – single or twin share as chosen by you
Meals (as specified in the retreat details)
Daily wellness activities (yoga, meditation, fitness, etc.)
Scheduled workshops and group sessions
Access to retreat facilities Additional inclusions may vary by retreat. Please refer to the specific retreat description for details.
More than 60 days before the retreat: Full refund minus a processing fee (if applicable).
30–59 days before the retreat: 50% refund or credit towards a future retreat.
Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund applies. Hence our strong recommendation to take out travel insurance at the time of booking. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions for your retreat.
